When I first Heard Appendix over 20 years ago I thought they were German, little did I know that these guys were probably the first punk band from Finland that I'd heard. This is the Rock-o Rama version (it was licensed from another label). Appendix are one of the original international hardcore bands that people should know, or at least try to hear. Catchy punk as fuck hardcore that varies in just about every speed.

  1. Really cool. I like your blog allot. I'm mostly into hardcore punk and the early crossover bands. You're posting some material I was looking for a long time. It's not the record, but the mp3's are nice to have too. To me the music is more important then the collectors vallue of some items. Sometimes I discover new (old) bands on your blog. Keep up the good blogging!

  3. thanks guys.
I recall DBC. I really love the 1st LP, though the second one is a bit to tech metal for me.
skulls on records were a must!

  6. I still dig most of the hardcore/thrash stuff from that era. I can't wait to hear that Mace album again (they used to open punk/hc shows in the Seattle/Tacoma area and were pretty good).

Thanks for the work you put into the site!

  17. this is the german pressing, the original is on propaganda records and called ei raha oo mun valuuttaa and the song titles are in finnish too.
rock o rama turned into a wp rac label but propaganda had no knowledge of that.
i even have read the owner of rock o rama didnt care about wp or rac he just wanted money and found those bands sold the most
